I bought resale tickets through fansale and I’m quite worried

Hello everyone — I’m quite new to writing on Reddit so excuse any mistakes.
I recently bought a ticket to see Hayden via Eventim fansale (for the Saturday London show) as I saw it was recommended here. However, I can’t help but worry as it has so many negative reviews and due to my OCD, I’m quite nervous about the legitimacy of my ticket.
Does anyone have any experience using fansale? Is it completely legit? Many thanks!
Top Comment: Eventim fansale is the only official reseller - Eventim was the original seller of the tickets. You’re fine.
Fansale.de is scamming or legit?

I bought 2 tickets in fansale.de on 29th October with a value of 200 euros, the money was automatically sent to Eventim. I was expecting to receive the mobile tickets automatically but looks like the tickets need to be sent by the original seller through UPS to my address, 3 days already passed and I see on the status of the delivery that nothing advanced, I messaged the original seller a couple of times but no reply, I messaged Fansale.de customer service but no reply. I’m left without tickets and money a few days before the concert, not the most pleasant feeling. Anyone had the same issue? Some suggestions on how to proceed would be useful.

I just got an email that Avion reward members can sign up for a specific verified fan sale that happens after the regular one! You need to sign in through Avion rewards and then through Ticketmaster to register.

How does Fan Club presale work?

Hi, I'm 17 and wanting to join the presale for Manchester. I am a member of the fan club but my parents want to buy the tickets. Does the fan club email me a link for the presale or does ticketmaster ask them for a code I need to give them or do I get link to buy straight from the website? I will be in college on Tuesday so obviously will not have much time to send and share stuff with my parents. Any replies appreciated
Top Comment: In the official ticket website, you or your parents will see a Fan PreSale Button and it will ask you for an unique code that IMFC website will provide to you 2 days before, just copy that code and send it to your parents, at least this was my experience but im from USA, it should be the same
GUTS Tour Ticketmaster Registration

I know that I should've registered but I didn't and I have no idea why. I want to know if there will be a different sale for other people or if there's a different General sale or if American Express Members don't need to register. I just really need to know because I REALLY want these tickets.
